Lighthouse clinicians were weeks behind on progress notes, creating significant documentation burden and contributing to staff burnout. After becoming a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), the organization doubled in size and recognized its existing systems could no longer support the scale, access needs, or outcome-based care requirements of a CCBHC.

Lighthouse implemented Eleos Health's purpose-built AI documentation platform to automate clinical note generation. The rollout included mandatory in-person training with leadership and IT staff, a diverse super-user program spanning experience levels, and ongoing post-launch monitoring of usage and satisfaction dashboards in partnership with Eleos.

The organization approached 100% adoption among all eligible users, with 93% staff satisfaction reported. Average note completion time dropped to just 3–4 minutes, compared to an industry average of 12–15 minutes. Clinicians report reduced administrative stress and are able to focus more fully on client care, and the tool has become an active recruiting advantage during interviews.
